They should highlight key achievements, strategic changes, and improvements made in the previous year across areas such as business and investment models, growth strategies, customer service, and staff retention. The executive summary should make a compelling case for why the bank deserves recognition in its chosen category.

Submissions will be assessed by a panel of industry experts based in various regions worldwide. Quantitative performance will be evaluated through a detailed KPI analysis conducted by PWM.
